We are looking for someone to cover maternity leave who is passionate about communities and making a difference to local people. Applicants must be excellent communicators who are enthusiastic about supporting local projects.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Community Development Officer, to work in the parish of Dunton Green, who is creative, motivated and a forward thinking project co-ordinator.  

Working in the Council’s Communities and Business Team, you will require excellent organisational and project management skills to plan and support a range of community initiatives in partnership with the community. This post holder will form an integral part in bringing communities and partners together to meet the needs of local people.

Although based at the Council offices, you will be required to attend visits and meetings, so a current driving licence and use of a car are essential.
